Short: You as the uploader are biased against the flag.
To say that the flag is invalid doesn't hold water, because the flaws are there.
So..you are merely complaining about the validity about the flag which you shouldn't do as the howto:flag wiki says.

That the problem of no having a standar criteria of uploading and how easily the images are deleted because the whim of one person. It's not that short, nothing is that short you can conveniently summarize something to adapt you next argument changing the original intentions, and thats not the idea (If you cannot understand, is comprehensible, I still lacking in english so, I try to correct generally what I wrote)

In this case, you could keep the tag and leave the image without the complain about the legs because you think is unworthy of Danbooru. The draws can be improved and artists too, a flaw doesn't make an image bad just for a flaw, because it can be changed, welcome to the editions.

Yeah, maybe the artist improves or makes a revision on a later image. But it doesn't change the flaw on this image. I don't see the point of that argument? If there will be a revision, then it will be uploaded. And even if: Flaws should be judged for every image.
