I think this is a parody of this one Clannad doujin where it has Kotomi talking Tomoya where she starts out saying "bonjour" and slowly perverts the pronunciation into boin chyuu. What really sets it as a parody, however, is that one translator took the last panel a bit too literally and directly translated it as 'wanna suck my titties?'.

Although considering how the last comment was 9 months ago and I don't know how long that doujin was out, it could be mere coincidence.

But I'll tag it for now as parody.

Fair reasoning, I suppose, but incorrect. The lines said by Kotomi in that doujinshi and the line said by Patchouli here are not at all alike in their original Japanese.
