No difference in the image either. I guess he just made it smaller to keep the size consistent with the previous pages.

As I noted earlier, he resized it but I couldn't see any changes to the text or gross details.

On the plus side, I don't have to waifu2x it to read the last panel's text.

No, he's just apparently so used to Yukikaze and other girls wearing such absurdly short miniskirts and is so clean-minded that he never wondered if they're wearing anything under them. I think.
