Are you sure that thing on the right is her left breast? It just seems like part of the uniform to me...

If the left breast is as big as here, one should be able to see the right one in some way. But here, look where the right shoulder is placed and then the chest is disappearing in this section completely. Her bowtie is supposed to be the center (look where the neck is placed), but right next to is begins the right shoulder. And even if this isn't a breast, although of that bulge, the right half is still not there. So either with flat chest or breasts, it's the same result.

Pretty sure the "left breast" is the shirt's rib-thing. like in, say, post #504544 or post #1254385. That's not a breast.

It's probably more of a case of an iffy clothes perspective that angled the collar wrong and resulting in the clothes appearing as if it has a bulge. However, I did not see it as a severe or immediately noticeable problem.

That "breast" is part of the Sailor Moon costume.
