Well, I do live in Japan and all. There's a Kancolle event here on Sunday, so I just drove up the day before.

Is Shino there? Actually, who is out that way for the event? I'm kid of curious.

It's not a very big event, only 100 circles, but it's Shigure main.

Its also an excuse to take a little road trip!

The big Kyushu event (800+ circles) happens too close to Comiket, so there's no impetus to go to that one.

Big benefit of the smaller events is that they tend to have more exclusive goods, too. I think a good amount of the circles are doing auctions of pencil boards again.
