Removing chocolate tag.
Judging by the box it's candy made from liquorice and they have strange taste from my personal experience. Since Ibaraki expecting chocolate, I guess she will be disappointed.

Not just liquorice, but salmiakki (coated with ammonium chloride, which most non-Finns/Scandinavians find repulsive).
