Don't really see the problems with the foreshortening.
The view is from below with an angle which makes the leg look a bit longer than the arm and that's how it's supposed to work.

Well, regarding that she is already pretty skinny, I think that there simply is few of this so called "lump of meat". So it should appear more flat in total.
If the left thighs might look off, maybe because of its thickness that let it look dislocated, then there is also the bulging out tampon unter the leotard that makes the leg even slimmer than it actual is.
If she'd close the leg, then both would be the same thickness, too.

This is just what happens when people think they know how anatomy works, but don't.
"Lump of meat", what a joke.

To be capable of making a legitimate technical criticism, you need to have real experience in drawing the human figure and anatomy. Anatomy is an extremely complex subject full of subtle nuances, that requires decades of deliberate practice. And it's needless to say that most people here aren't really qualified to make that criticism

And no, I'm not bringing up the "If you can't do it, don't criticize" fallacy.

To give a better example, a complete layman might be able to tell that a person who is very obviously sickly, that they're sick. But it takes a real doctor with real experience to be able to do a full and accurate diagnosis and prescription.
And not even all kinds of sickness is obvious to the layman. Sometimes the layman might even think that a person is sick even if they're not.

But this is all besides the point on the fact that all of this "anatomy master"-play is a waste of effort. I can count on my hand the number of Japanese artists that really truly have achieved a very good level of technical anatomy knowledge. If you want to literally flag 99% of images posted here, then go on ahead. But know that such actions benefit no one and nothing but your ego and pride.

Have your disagreements, but don't go on insinuating things about other people. Provence's flags have helped benefit the site a lot. Sure, there is the occasional scuffle over what should be accepted and what shouldn't, but those usually get settled and they learn from them.
