Damn, Yamashiro is so outclassed in firepower that it's not funny.

Although I'm not sure why they suddenly act like there's such a huge difference that literally ONLY Mutsu can deal damage... Kitakami is more threatening if she has Kou-hyoutekis.

Eh, she's only Kai in this series. Opening torps don't start hurting until Kai Ni and investment in the stat.

That, and neither of her remodels actually come with a Hyouteki.

You already had Kai-nis this early on in the game? I didn't get my first freaking Kai-ni till like the 5th level maps. Maybe when I hit 5-1 or 5-2.

Kitakami can borrow the Hyoutekis Chitose and Chiyoda get at level 12, if you managed to get them early.

It's so good it feels like cheese. :P

Also, I don't notice much of a difference between my Nagato (15) and Yamashiro (20, not Kai'd) performance myself...

Man I hated 2-4 starting out. It's was hell trying to get to the boss node without getting Taiha'd or rerouted.

Cleared 2-4 just now (A). It did feel like something similar was going on. Yamashiro seemed to be doing a lot less damage than she usually does against those Ru-class elite/flagships (couldn't really tell for sure due to cut-in spam). She still didn't do badly though.

Seemed like those Ru noticed who was doing the most damage and Taiha'd Nagamon and Kitakami. :V

This kind of has me worried, considering this team's current damage levels, I went into the fight with all ships in the green and it was rough.

Oohh, times when you still used heavy BBs fleets because there was no proficiency and CVs kinda sucked for such maps :V

It was hellish map when I 1st exploring 2-4, I was still don't understand about opening air strike and op torp. In a long battle map, strong opening strike is important to surviving long sortie.

the reason event maps are cancerous is because it prevent us to bring heavy op strike unit. Even if allowed, it would go into worse route with heavy enemies anti air unit
