No, that's how you fist a tank. Any punch that can deform a penetrator could do far worse to tank armor than merely Bump it

This is one of those "super hero science" things where the physics would be insane if you tried to think about it realistically. Armor piercing shells in WW2 were (obviously) made with exceptionally hard alloys: chromium based alloy steel. That thing is probably going super sonic too. The girl would have to have a diamond encrusted skeleton and cybernetic muscles just to survive that; not even accounting for what it would take to actually rend a tank shell at full force and what kind of god-like reflexes you would need to pull it off.

Panzer means "tank" in the same way that "tank" refers to "armored fighting vehicle".

(Saying that Panzer means "armor" in this case is the same as saying tank means "liquid reservoir".)
