Can Grimmer touch someone without poisoning him/her?
@arisboch According to the PokeDex, Grimer is pretty harmless. Muk is the real problem here: DPPT entry for Muk: "A toxic fluid seeps from its body. The fluid instantly kills plants and trees on contact."
It's only about plants, though. The most specific entry is the one from Soul Silver or Silver: "Its body is made of a powerful poison. Touching it accidentally will cause a fever that requires bed rest." But still nothing about "poisoning" a person.

Isn't this pokemon according to the tags Grimer and not Muk, though (I'm no expert in pokemon abd are very new to the franchise)?

Yes, it is Grimer. But as I read through the PokeDex entries, Grimer is like I said "harmless". But FireRed states that Muk can poison someone by simply touching it (I stumbled upon this entry after my comment) "It is usually undetectable because it blends in with the ground. Touching it can cause terrible poisoning." But about Grimer, I can't read such a thing^^. So if this would be a Muk, then she'd have a problem.
