I've probably said somewhere that Histoire was gonna be the next candidate for Neptune's glorious hoodie, but certain people brought up Iris Heart and I ended up remembering Pore's old suggestions for what she'd look like wearing it. Then other people suggested other ideas. Like cleavage. Aaaaaaand heeeeere she is~!
I'm just gonna give Excelsia a shoutout here. He's a Sadie devotee and stuff. Oh, and shoutout to all the other dudes that like Sadie as well. We're all birds of a feather.

"Once upon a time, Histoire actually hired a PR department to help Planeptune get more shares. However, since they were NPC characters in Gamindustri, they were utterly worthless. Histoire then turned to more drastic measures and pulled in someone from the real world. They suggested ever so helpfully that mass producing Neptune's hoodie to sell would be a good idea, and Planeptune raked in a lot of money and shares off it.
