She was holding her own. I thought they were Kuma's in the first three panels, but they would have to be Kiso's for the punchline to work. :P Translation corrected.

She crushed Kiso's, but context makes it a little confusing as to which chopsticks she's talking about having destroyed in the last panel.

In the third panel, isn't he saying something along the lines of "What's wrong Kiso, is there no chopsticks?" rather than "why don't I just use yours", which startles Kiso for some reason and she crushes Kuma's chopsticks, not hers, leading to her saying "They just disappeared..." [got crushed]

I dunno, I don't feel like he's asking to actually use -her- chopsticks, just if there is some.

He specifically says "Kiso", though. (Or, well, ”木曾”.)

It's also possible I was right the first time, those were Kuma's she just snapped, and she was just saying "they just disappeared", but that wouldn't fully comport with the joke being about Kiso reacting to the "indirect kiss" about Admiral using her chopsticks.

*sigh* I thought I did this one decently, but I guess I'll put the check translation tag on it.

EDIT: ... And yeah, she broke Kuma's, like I thought at first. The next page confirms that. I just screwed up Admiral's line, and screwed up the rest trying to make the context fit. *sigh* That was a spectacular whiff on an easy pitch.
