Are we sure she is genderbender version of Tinky Winky? Looks more like Void Princess (Aisha) from Elsword to me.

It's most likely void princess rather than teletubbies because the artist has worked on elsword material and not teletubies.

Likely a confusion from the title because it sounds like the name for teletubbies in korean.

I don't play Elsword and I am also not familiar with this character either and I was confused by the title itself and you so you are spot on my mistake here. I also checked this artist has drawn man oher Aisha drawings too so it was my mistake to not check twice before uploading so I am sorry about that. In short thanks for fixing the tags mates!
