    「壁」 kabe or wall.
    「ドン」 don or onomatopeia that denotes slamming.

    Wall slamming is used in manga as a romantic situation where a character corners a girl between him and the wall while getting his face near hers and of course slamming the wall with the palm or knuckles.

    EDIT: Just now I learned the action pic here is called a ダブル壁ドン or double wall slam.
