Actually, I think it's because of anime!Fubuki's interactions with these four ships; Akagi is her beloved senpai, Nagato is her stern-but-not-unreasonable superior, Kongou is her secondary senpai, and Yamato is the poor lonely "upper-class" girl whom she desperately wants to help realize her dream of fighting alongside the others.

It's a pity we probably won't see Fubuki's original senpai in the game showing up trying to seduce her.
