Hmm... similar colors and semantically-close names... I dunno, seems like a borderline case, could go either way.

Edit: Nevermind, Hawkmon digivolves into Aquilamon, so the trait connection is definitely there.

Aquilamon is not cuddle-able after all, but at least she could ride on top of it.

Aquilamon's name is derived from "Aquila", Latin (and Italian) for "eagle".
