Regarding the flag reason, I can say with certainty that there are people whose bellies hang past their groins like this. The subject matter might not be what this site's users want to see, but that alone isn't enough reason to complain about the anatomy.

Correct.
There are people whose bellies hang past their groins, but said people are also health risks and thus get buried under a wall of medical, privacy, personal shame, sexually explicit filters. The fact that someone thinks "That is not how anatomy is working." doesn't surprise me at all.

A belly like this with slim arms and a perfect heart-shaped face? Soranamae is usually a lot better at anatomy than this.
I'd argue that belly doesn't fit that frame. Her breasts shouldn't be that shapely, nor should her arms or legs be that slim with that much belly - and here waist is too thin for that belly bulge.
Plus, if this was pregnancy induced, there'd be more shape on the belly as the crotch won't be covered quite like that when seated. And if it's due to fat, then the lack of fat bulge on the rest of her torso and limbs speaks of really bad anatomy - well beyond mere bad proportions.
Tagging that in anyways, unless I find a "bodies do not work this way" tag.

"slim arms"? Try looking at her fingers and work backwards. And humans don't gain (much) weight on their faces.
All this talk about the "shape" and "anatomy" is besides the point. Obesity literally entails excessive body fat, "shape" and "anatomy" be damned. The picture is being deleted because her body isn't "normal" (nor it is cartoonish enough for people to accept).
