well actually there is a possibility Mika met Miho in the past, in Anzio OVA on the scene where Nekonyaa trying to talk to Miho, Miho talk about how fearsome Keizoku is and Kuromorimine almost lost to them, Miho also note that the captain of Keizoku is really exceptional, and in the Little Army 2 there is a scene where Miho said Ooarai lost in a fight against Keizoku
