i don't think just because some artworks are not shade in a detailed manner, doesn't mean it should be deleted off danbooru. especially in this artwork, i don't think it needs highly detailed shading as this artwork emphasize more in simplicity, all around quite a decent one at that(outline is clean, color is good, has some style into it).
On second thought, monochrome images can have shading, of course, although many don't. And their colors certainly leave a lot to be desired. They can still be excellent art. The flag reason remains bizarre.

Maybe I should've added that there are some anatomy problems, too. Stupid thing that you can't edit flags... The face doesn't look good (especially the ears and eyes proportions) and the fingers which might seem a bit thick (<- weak reason), but mainly the face. And the artist knows how to draw it correctly, so it hasn't something to do eith "it's the artist's style (post #2476582). And what, monochrome pictures don't have shading? I know you say it different in this comment, but I can't agree with that. Monochrome is mainly one color, but in most images you can see depth in them. And with sketches, I'd be careful^^.
sorry, no offense but, i always have problem with the flagging reason that feels more subjective, something like the "face doesn't look good". it's just something that everyone has their own opinion. i know you're not supposed to take these flags seriously, but still. sometime people just feels way too strict on this.
i really tried to understand what's your problem with the artwork actually is, but honestly i still can't. if it's something about the face being asymmetrical i can see it. but face not looking good? how it supposed to be drawn then? and is it really that big of a deal?
