Except for Koishi, they just changed clothes and hair ornaments. (And Remi donned cat ears and two tails.) (Oh, and I just noticed Kaguya with Tewi ears.)

I really don't see body swap here, just one character wearing another character's clothes and sporting their hairstyle.

Remilia as Chen, Sakuya as Yukari. Remi look-alike is actually Yuyuko, with Youmu behind her as Seiga.

Koishi aside, everyone is cosplaying, no one is in their normal outfit.
