The game already guarantees one SR card for a 10 draw. The problem is that it's 99% of the time going to be a useless CE you already have several copies of.

Now if the game guaranteed a gold servant for 10 draw of paid quartz then it would actually be worth it. Even the SR's and R's in the game are really good unlike most mobage but the R's will still suffer in the high difficulty missions due to low stats.
