Thighhighs and swimsuits. It has absolutely zero pragmatic purpose but it interests me nevertheless. Maybe it is a "wet T-shirt" effect where the color of the toes and the sole just barely comes into view but the sheen of fabric remains to cup the curves. I want to see this once in my life.
