Though who knows, maybe they decide to mess with the players and finally add a battlewagon that is older than Kongou in the game, for example; Schlesien (pre-dread granny that served in Kriegsmarine), or Texas or maybe even Paris if they're feeling like they could use a French battleship (though that would be a pretty dickish move on their part, get people hyped for a french ship and then reveal that she is some 12 inch granny that spend most of the world war 2 as barracks).
If they implement French ships in Kancolle, I hope to see Surcouf first, before Richelieu. Pride of the French Navy and all, plus she had a weird design (essentially a submarine with heavy cruiser gun) that could mix up fleet comps a bit. Sure, the actual design was horrible, but eh, so is Graf's.
