Some of his/her other images on Pixiv look like they're inspired by ke-ta's works.

It's not that they look inspired, they obviously are.
The artist has one single bookmark on his Pixiv currently and that's post #2354681 by ke-ta.

ke-ta is a good artist to be inspired by.

The eyes, face, and just the whole art style in general, are strikingly similar to ke-ta's.
