Looks Russian, that I can tell. Not too familiar with modern tanks to recognise it at a glance.

It could be the T-72M, though that's just from a quick look. The copula and MG layout matches, but those ammo bins are throwing me off for the turret shape.

It's a T-64 (hull side details, drive sprocket, return roller spacing, etc) fitted with the Eloshka flip-out armor screens; probably a T-64B obr. 1975.
