本x/貴x (e.g. 本社 and 貴社) pairs are used quite frequently to refer to "our party/your party" in a formal and semi-respectful tone. 貴様 also used to be respectful before sarcasm (and overuse by 'commoners') took over, but I don't think this necessarily applies to other 貴x constructions.
I think Graf is just being her usual aloof self here instead of being overtly hostile or derogatory.
