The anatomy in this picture's simply a mess. Her neck, for instance, would look better if it were aligned with the centre of her torso, rather than growing out of where her shoulder should be (which in turn makes her shoulder further from the audience appear twice as long as the shoulder closest to the audience). Further down, her left hip's bloody massive. I can understand wanting to align it with her shoulder, but because the shoulder's a mess further up above, it messes up the rest of the picture as the artist worked his way down.
