    What time is it, men?!
And feed him to the sharks!
Sorry, Johnny, don't hold a grudge, alright? Now, your charges are... "Abuse of sailors" and "Unpaid wages"!
    N-No, wait, please!
    Captain!
    "Distribution of Justice" time!!
    Jo-Johnathan! Hot!
    Captain!
Aye, it's time to distribute some justice! Our accused today is this man here... hey, what's your name, old man?
Now, what kind of punishment would be appropriate for these charges?
"Strap 'im in chains and throw 'im in the sea!"
    Pl-please wait!
That won't do, Johnny Boy. All those who have made the same offense have all received their punishment. It is a fair world!
At the time, sailors were not looked after very well. Diseases, accidents and mistreatment were all commonplace. Many of them were lured into becoming crewmen by scam deals or forcibly recruited by navy. Those circumstances were often the remote case of them turning into pirates. They frequently harbored a deep grudge against mercantile ship captains and anybody with high social standing in general. "Distribution of Justice" were the words used by them each time they disposed of captured prisoners.
