Not sure if that's supposed to be Usain Bolt's pose or not; Marisa's arm is pointing higher than he does his.
The commentary says he was drawing this before he knew who Usain Bolt was, but he does note that it's similar, and not entirely by coincidence. It's implied that he knew about the pose before he knew about where it came from.
So, it is Usain Bolt's pose. It's not 100% accurate because he was drawing from foggy memory.
