What's the error? This picture reminds me of some European paintings. No names come to mind, but the dog and overall composition is striking.

I think I've seen it before, but can't identify it. The buildings make me think perhaps italian or dutch, from around year 1600.

Couldn't find if this is a fine_art_parody, but that instrument Meiling is playing appears to be a chinese lute.

Also, the gatekeeper behind a dog and Sakuya (who looks kind of not interested) behind a cat.

It most definitely is a fine art parody, Amibazh is famous for them.

It's a fine art parody, for sure, but I, too, can't remember where I've seen it.

It's Meiling right hip. Everything's drawn correctly, but the placement of her right leg makes her hip seem disjointed.
