Is "Band of Sisters" to be taken literally (Meaning the "sisters", "siblings" and "twins" tags should be added) or does it just refer to the bond comrades develop while in combat?

I'd imagine It's a reference to the phrase "band of brothers", so the latter, but they also don't look distinctly different from eachother, so maybe it is literal as well. IDK
