As to the bluescreen script, I read the other day that Windows 10 now aggressively uninstalls any of your non-microsoft software it determines a threat, such as being non-microsoft. Poor bloody-handed old Microsoft: always cutting it's own throat...

To clarify my comment: the characters in New Game are using a quite real piece of software made by Autodesk called Maya. It's not a fake interface, it's been screen grabbed from Maya. They even discuss specific hotkeys which exist in the software.

At one point a character hands Aoba a version of this book except 'Maya' is now 'Saya.'
