I never understood why we spend so much time debating images where the body proportions are a bit off, when stuff like this goes through without a mention every so often. Maybe it is like the sherbet of a high class meal? You need to see stuff like this every so often so you don't get desensitized to the great stuff people post 24/7.
It might just be me though, I'm a casual user so I don't know what goes on in the forums that guide the decision and rule-making.

These proportions aren't bad, they're just fat, and for fat proportions, they are quite good, and in its own way, cute.
Bad fat proportions are extremely common (trust me on this one), but rarely uploaded here unless it's by someone who is new. It's extremely hard to get right, so even good artists almost never attempt it unless it's their preferred content (and these artists often can't resist the temptation to overdo it). (Trigger Warning: that's what I would consider, beyond all doubt, "grotesque" content).
The artist with the best skill at this type of proportions is probably kukuru, but his older work (what's here) is not indicative of this. His newer work is some of the best fat anatomy I've ever seen.
This, for example, is so accurate that I swear I've seen someone with a body just like that.

I guess I kind of see the difference. I don't know, I'm not much of a connoisseur of art so my perception of good vs bad art is limited to if I like it or not. Which of course is by no means a good measure for moderation. I kind of don't completely see the difference (aside from one could walk, and the other can't), but thank you for trying to explain it to me.
