That doesn't essentially mean that it is against the rules.
We have other western-styled art like post #2260690 which is based of western art and also has a very high score (regarding that it is a image depicting no girls.)
So this reason looks off...

cd young never said it was. Western art always tends gets low scores. And low scores don't typically mean something gets deleted anyway. The other ones with high scores are just exception to the rule.

Also I think you're exaggerating a bit. The score is hardly that low. Maybe if this was negative 100 I'd get you. Even japanese pics tend to get -1 or -2 scores at times if it's Guro or dare say, someone makes fun of Touhou or some shit in their drawing.

Score just means people like or dislike a picture. I've seen Japanese artist get negative scores too. Doesn't mean they break any rules.
