Also, this is from before the Houseki no Kuni anime, but I'm fairly certain this is a cosplay of Phosphophyllite.

And the blue sashes in that Luna Nova uniform mean that's a cosplay of Diana.

And the one with the suit near the bottom is the Life Fiber Master from episode 7.

Finding out who the person is doing the cosplay is the real challenge with all these tags lol.
