The recoil for a normal man/woman is not enough to blow the gun over your shoulder. .223 bullets are not that bad with recoil.

Of course, she's your average animu girl whos forearms would normally break just from trying to pick up anything > 3kg

This is actually a close quarters/urban technique that is currently in Army Ranger and other special forces practice. The principle idea is to lower the profile of the rifle for faster and safer entries into doorways/past corners (less protruding profile = longer time without discovery of target). The concept came about as a result of western special forces units (who, under tradition of a group formation, usually always carry rifles while on patrol) became increasingly injected into urban environments with policing/extraction/rapid infiltration as their primary objectives. It's certainly not a field based way of doing things, but it is by no means "incorrect" given the particulars of the situation.

Nice imagination, but that BS is not true. At no point in training (BCT, OSUT, Q course, ect.) will you ever hold your weapon like that.
