Indeed. If going by the works of ippongui she will wait until the guy and Reisen get so close they are actually dating, with plans of marriage. THEN Tewi seduces the guy until he gets addicted to her. Purposely allows the guy get caught in the act, making Reisen herself do the ballbusting in hateful spite. An ultimately sinister plan.
