That would be the Shadowsword with its Volcano Cannon... And substantially LESS Barrels of Hell, at around 7 (Sponsons + Main gun)

That'd be anything from a Reaver upto an Imperator, given how loose GW is with the numbers on heights for their Titans. Plus, a single Reaver alone, has enough firepower to waste most foes in AoT. Hordes of smaller Titans would be ripped apart by a hunting pair of Warhounds... And if the Warlords get involved, well, pray they don't aim at the city or anything closer than about a kilometre unless using sub-batteries or closing with a CCW, else there will be HUGE holes around.
The existence of Imperial Knights would make it better I think.
Better for Humans, and MARGINALLY fairer on the Titans, since they're smaller than a Warhound (About knee-height, maybe closer to half-way to the hip), and carry SLIGHTLY-less Murderising weapons... Unless you have anything but a Crusader, then there's a melee weapon and things just suck for you because those are ALL Strength D and make everything cry hard.
**Actually HAS a Knight, A Freeblade Crusader specifically.** I may lose out on the melee, and have the most expensive base cost, but ALL OF THE DAKKA.
... ... ...Anyone else kinda wanna see Imperial Warmachines WRESTLING with Titans? The Armoured Titan was based off Brock Lesnar in his MMA days, and the various War Engines are of roughly the right scale to body check, power bomb, Spear, etc, most AoT Titans...
