EDIT: After looking at the Prismriver sisters' pages on the Touhou wiki, I found out that Count Prismriver is actually, technically, canon. As well as mentioning Layla, their backstories describe the father of the girls being a merchant and count who brought an item from Gensokyo back home, which eventually killed him. Props to Fifiruu for actually remembering that and incorporating it into the story.
