I can see that, but at the same time D.Va seems more like a brat then the lazy slob Kaguya is often portrayed. I'd almost say Remi might be a better fit.

Ruukotostion - because I couldn't find a modern 2hu for this and she's actually not a bad fit when I think about it.
Alicymettra - because fighting with remotes.
Seiranhardt - because hammer.
Kyoukocio - because I love Reisen for the megaphone, and Reisen might have the power to control all waves, but Kyouko is THE sound master, and is an actual musician in-universe.
Reisana - because guns and works with Eirin's shady new drugs.
Seijankrat - because chaos!
I have no idea who to use for Winston, and I refuse to shoehorn Yuyuko in as Roadhog, so we also need a Roadhog.
Soldier 76 - Rinnosuke or Reimu Reaper - Rumia Widowmaker - Yamame Bastion - Namazu or the turtle guy Junkrat - Seija Roadhog - Yuyuko D.Va - Kaguya, of course Reinhardt - Suika Winston - Suwako (to punctuate that frogs stand on all fours and can hop too) Ana - Reisen Zenyatta - Byakuren, but Kanako is a good choice too Lucio - Kyouko (she can be a literal boombox) Symmetra - Kasen

I was refering to at least 3 canon points: 1) sort of celebrity; 2) rabbits; 3) long black hair. Being gamer is fanon stuff and Kaguya isn't that lazy - you just... don't see her often if not counting mutual slaughter with certain phoenix.

I would say Reimu should be Widow. They're kinda alike in that both are being used by higher ups to do dirty work and both have kinda stern personality's. Junko should be Reaper because revenge and Kokoro can be 76, since they both cant live without their masks.
