    Announcement Illo for Cos-Ita & Utage-san

    This is an announcement illo I drew at the request of Cos-Ita & Utage-san*. For various reasons, it seems the convention announced using this image won't be held yet, but I was told it was okay to put it up on the 'net, so I'm releasing it. *Short for Cosplay Ita-sha Festival to Shinra-Banshou no Utage (コスプレ痛車フェスティバル＆森羅万象ノ宴 ,"Festival of Cosplay-Deco Eyesore Cars and Party for the Whole of Creation"

    I have noticed that lots of my favorite touhou artist are now no longer doing touhou art anymore. Shame that in order to do art of one thing you must stop doing art for another.
    I never really jumped on the KC hype ship, I just like some of the characters but the game is pretty terrible so I don't play it anymore.

    I don't think it's that the doing art of one seeies means they don't do the other (see rappaya), but if they've lost interest in Touhou, there's no helping that. People do have interests that change over time, after all.

    And Mizuki-sensei isn't a KanColle person, but his wife and several of his friends are.

    Not exactly true, some artists alternate; it was worse in the past where it seemed various artists were outright dropping touhou to do it.

    Even for a time it looked like Grandblue Fantasy was going to do a similar thing to BOTH touhou and kancolle.
