The shikigami papers were meant to drive evil entities away, but Kagari's powers were able to ignore them effortlessly. Then she proceeds to crawl into his bed only to have him fart, so she went back in embarrassment.
At one point Koutarou will spot her in his blanket.
As for why she's doing this, well... that would be spoilers for those who did not play the game.
