That is a "slow loris". It's well-known on the internet for that one video of its owner scratching its belly and sides, causing it to raise its arms higher and higher and lowering them when the owner stopped.
They are also apparently poisonous for a mammal, and also apparently involved in some pet trade or whatever that's considered unethical.
