Okay, this is what I got.

Everyone is, in some manner, under the front of Akatsuki's shirt. Ikazuchi is under the front of Hibiki's shirt at the same time. The bits of red tie sticking out near Hibiki's head belong to Akatsuki's tie and the tie behind Ikazuchi 's head is Hibiki's. Ikazuchi's arms are folded in Hibiki's lap, Hibiki's arms are hanging down at her sides, and Akatsuki's arms are both visible.

This isn't even our final form!
