Apparently, Teto is said to be a Chimera, and this is the possible reason behind this picture. (Half chimera/half human)
I find that hilarious really. A Chimera is already made up of parts of other animals/monsters or whatever. So half/human and percentage of other things i.e. chimera, just sounds silly. But be it as it may then haha.
