To answer the copyright request, this seems to be Systemsoft's latest iteration of their Moe Moe Great War (Moemoe daisen[ryaku]) series. This one is called Moe Moe World War II 3. (Moemoe niji niji daisen[ryaku] 3).

So tank girls, plane girls, ship girls...

But going through their website, ugh... that some AWFUL character designs...

The Moemoe Daisen[ryaku] series are basically moe spinoffs of the Daisenryaku (Grand Strategy) series, with mecha musume in place of the usual military hardware.
