Shouldn't Subaru come first (given that it's normally a first name) and her character be tagged in the traditional Japanese naming order?

There are some names that come in a given name family name order... Subaru's one, so is Fate, and Caro, matter of fact there's a lot of names in Nanoha that are like this....
