I am very sure that this is supposed to be Irene. Miata's hair is much shorter and tapered. Claymore are basically characterized by their unique hair forms and their signs, so people drawing a certain character use mainly this facts to show which one is meant. Because of the consistent long, smooth hair and the front hair, which is pushed behind and thus runs from the edges of her face aback, this girl is most alike to Irene.
