Commission for Uhlmei-Rhen-Dyveira of his character, the Cyberdemoness, and good ol' Doomguy. He's left the BFG behind to try a new chocolatey tactic to defeat the Cyberdemoness, but looks like she's more interesting in him...

I guess it'd be safe to assume the boob skulls are Revenant skulls... I had a little trouble getting her drawn, but this was fun to work on. Lots of nostalgia for Doom. :D
