Old cards use the term Summoning sickness, but recent cards just use "Haste" instead, don't think there is a "summoning sickness" in the recent cards anymore.

Not quite.

Summoning Sickness is the explanation of why a summoned creature can't attack on the same turn it's been summoned.

Haste is the condition where Summoning Sickness is ignored, allowing it to attack on the same turn it's summoned.

I've only been playing since Odyssey up until Lorwyn, so perhaps my memories could be a bit foggy.
